Following fruitful discussions between authors’ societies and music publishers in July 2010, leaders from CISAC’s Ibero-American Committee met with representatives of the record industry group IFPI and the Latin American performers aggregate FILIAE in Santo Domingo on January 17 and 18 to talk about potential joint licensing ventures at both the national and regional levels.
